Forum Notifications

Hopefully I've fixed the forum notifications. I'm sure some people hate them, but I prefer to receive a notification if someone has posted or replies to a post I made and up to now it's not been working.
This has meant I only reply when I think to come and see if anyone has shared a thought. Now, hopefully, emails will be sent if you've selected to subscribe to forums or threads. I don't think this happens unless you opt in, but please let me know.
Mind you, I now need to wait for someone to post to see if it works!
